Signature is the embodiment of exceptional aged wines, each of which is sealed with the “signature” of the winemaker, symbolizing not only his skill, but also the uniqueness of wine stories. Each sample tells the taster about the path of its formation, intertwining the heritage of winemaking traditions with innovative methods of oenology.
To create the Russian wine from the ZNMP “South Coast of Taman” aged dry red Chateau Tamagne Signature. Saperavi, selected Saperavi grapes of the 2023 harvest, grown on the fertile terroirs of the Taman Peninsula, were used. During aging in contact with oak, for at least a year, the wine is saturated with oxygen through the pores of the wood. Interacting with wood, the drink is enriched with tannins, which give the aroma nobility, and the taste - soft astringency.
Dry red Chateau Tamagne Signature. Saperavi has a full, velvety taste with harmonious tannins. The color in the glass shows shades from ruby to dark ruby with a garnet hue. The aroma expresses the interweaving of tones of black fruits and berries with cheese and milk notes framed by well-tanned leather and warm wood. In taste, the wine is pleasantly tart, rich, deep with a long developing aftertaste. Chateau Tamagne Signature. Saperavi will serve as an exquisite companion to dishes of Caucasian cuisine, as well as any fatty, spicy meat dishes.
