Each sample tells the taster about the path of its formation, intertwining the heritage of winemaking traditions with innovative methods of oenology.
To create the Russian wine from the ZNMP “South Coast of Taman” aged dry red Chateau Tamagne Signature. Cabernet, selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes of the 2023 harvest, grown on the fertile terroirs of the Taman Peninsula, were used. During aging in contact with oak, for at least a year, the wine is saturated with oxygen through the pores of the wood. Interacting with oak, the drink is enriched with tannins, which give the aroma nobility, and the taste - soft astringency.
Dry red Chateau Tamagne Signature. Cabernet demonstrates a dark ruby color with a garnet hue. The multifaceted bouquet is filled with a delicate combination of blackcurrant and prune tones, accompanied by light morocco notes. The taste is full, fresh, extractive with tones of blackcurrant and prune against the background of noble oak. Chateau Tamagne Signature. Cabernet will make a great pair with meat appetizers, dishes of tender veal and game, grilled vegetables, pasta with a rich sauce.
