CHATEAU TAMAGNE YOUNG SPARKLING RIESLING
The Kuban-Vino winery has been producing young sparkling wines since 2010. The line includes: semi-dry white "Riesling" and "Muscat", as well as semi-dry pink "Krasnostop". Sparkling wines are produced according to the original technology, which consists in the primary fermentation of fresh grape must and allows to preserve the rich palette of aromas of selected grape varieties.
The author of the development was the chief winemaker of Kuban-Vino, Wanda Botnar. In 2016, the Eurasian Patent Office granted the winery a patent for an invention: “Method of producing sparkling wines”.
Russian sparkling young wine with ZNMP "Southern coast of Taman" semi-dry white "Riesling. Chateau Tamagne is made from Riesling Rhine grapes (average age of vines is 10 years) of the 2022 harvest (harvest period from September 19 to 23). In the glass, the sparkling wine demonstrates a delicate straw color with tints from greenish to golden. The bouquet is filled with aromas of a flower meadow warmed by the sun. Young "Riesling" is very bright and rich in taste, has good acidity. Sparkling is recommended to be served at a temperature of 6-8 ° C in tandem with cold appetizers of fish and white meat, and also goes well with pancakes with caviar.
