SPARKLING CHATEAU TAMAGNE YOUNG MUSCAT
The Kuban-Vino winery has been producing young sparkling wines since 2010. The series is produced using original technology, which consists in the primary fermentation of fresh grape must and allows preserving the rich palette of aromas of selected grape varieties.
The author of the development was the chief winemaker of Kuban-Vino, Vanda Botnar. In 2016, the Eurasian Patent Office granted the winery a patent for the invention: “Method for the production of sparkling wines.”
Russian sparkling young wine with ZNMP “South Coast of Taman” semi-dry white “Muscat. Chateau Taman" is produced from Muscat grapes grown in its own vineyards of the Taman Peninsula, Krasnodar Territory. The color in the glass is light straw with shades from greenish to golden, pleasantly foreshadowing a bright varietal bouquet with a dominant citron-nutmeg note, favorably emphasized by the freshness and harmonious sweetness of the taste.
