SPARKLING WINE NUVOLE

The technology for the production of Nuvole sparkling wines combined the traditions of French winemaking and modern methods of Russian winemakers. The series is produced by the tank method (Sharma method). This means that the fermentation process takes place in large tanks (acratophores), which makes it possible to produce large batches of sparkling wines with stable flavor and aroma characteristics and make them more accessible to a wide range of consumers.

For the production of sparkling white brut Nuvole, grapes of the varieties Citron Magaracha, Pinot White, Aligote, Bianka, Riesling Rhine, grown and harvested in their own vineyards of the Taman Peninsula of the Krasnodar Territory, are used. Light straw color with shades from greenish to golden. The aroma is developed, delicate, with well-pronounced floral tones. Delicate and refined taste, beautiful and long play of bubbles will decorate any celebration and create a festive mood.
