BIANCA
Russian wine with ZGU "Kuban. Taman Peninsula" dry white "Bianca" is a bright and aromatic wine in an attractive design and refreshing style. It is made from Bianca grapes grown and carefully harvested in fertile vineyards located on the Taman Peninsula. The harvest was collected in August, upon reaching optimal ripeness of the berries, using an automated method, thanks to modern agricultural machinery. Fermentation of the delicately processed must was carried out at a strictly controlled temperature in steel tanks.
The color of the wine in the glass is mesmerizing with a light straw shade with a soft undertone of a green young meadow. The aroma reveals refreshing tones of white fruits with citrus-mineral shades. The taste is light, well-balanced and gently continuing the aroma, with a pleasant acidic juiciness in the aftertaste. Dry white "Bianca" goes well with oysters, shrimp, tender fish, salads with greens and goat cheese. It goes well with chicken fillet, steamed vegetables and risotto with lemon.
