Chateau Tamagne Young
Every year since 2005, on the eve of the young wine festival, the Kuban-Vino winery has been releasing a series of young wines under the Chateau Tamagne brand, which has formed its own audience of connoisseurs over the past few years.
The intervention of the winemaker in the natural process of "birth" of young wines is minimal. Grown berries for young wines such as "Beaujolais Nouveau" are collected only by hand. “Young. Chateau Tamagne is processed only by cold to prevent precipitation in the bottle. In less than a week, the wine gains a maximum of fruity aromas without the astringency typical of other dry red wines. And already a month after harvesting, it is ready for filtering, bottling and pleasant tasting.
Russian wine with ZNMP "South coast of Taman" young dry red "Young. Chateau Tamagne is made from the Saperavi variety and has a rich color from red to ruby. The harmonious bouquet reveals bright tones of cherries, black currants, prunes with elegant creamy nuances. The taste is fresh, lively, fruit and berry with a clean and soft aftertaste. Dry red “Young. Chateau Tamagne will most clearly reveal itself at a temperature of 9-11 °C.
