Fleurs du Sud pearl wines are light, refreshing sparkling wines produced by the charm method using the secondary fermentation technology in akratophore. The wines are made from grapes harvested on the unique terroirs of the Yuzhnaya agricultural firm located on the Taman Peninsula of the Krasnodar Territory. The grapes were harvested on low sugars (no more than 150 g/dm3), which allowed them to maintain freshness and juiciness of taste. The elegance of the wines in this series is designed to create a spring-summer mood, add color to the everyday life of the city, be a great addition to a pleasant pastime.
