Fleurs du Sud's pearl wines are light refreshing sparkling wines produced by charm using the technology of secondary fermentation in the Akratophore. Wines were made from grapes collected on the unique terraies of the Yuzhnaya agricultural company located on the Taman Peninsula of the Krasnodar Territory. The grapes were collected on low sugars (not more than 150 g/dm3), which allowed to maintain freshness and juiciness of taste. The elegance of the wines of this series is designed to create a spring-summer mood, add colors to city everyday life, and become a great addition to a pleasant pastime.
