The program consists of a visit to picturesque vineyards and a light picnic surrounded by Tsokur estuaries, as well as a fascinating excursion to the Center of Classical Winemaking and a final master class by a sommelier.

1. Vineyards of the agricultural firm "Yuzhnaya" (station Taman)

2. The center of classic winemaking (Starotitarovskaya station)
- An excursion into the history of the winery in 1956.
- Acquaintance with the processes of creating and bottling still and sparkling wines: from basic to collection.
- Visit to the historic 1956 underground gallery and aging hall, reconstructed in 2020, where 1,074 barrels of acacia and oak of 3 species are located, as well as more than 1.5 million bottles of wine.
- Master class of sommelier with snacks, studying the properties of still and sparkling wines (from young to mature).
