Wine tour. From seedling to bottle
The program consists of visits to picturesque vineyards, excursions to wine centers and a final master class by a sommelier.
1. Vineyards of the agricultural firm "Yuzhnaya" (station Taman)
- Walk through the vineyards of the agricultural firm "Yuzhnaya"
- Immersion in the basics of viticulture
2. Chateau Tamagne Oenology Center (Taman station)
- History of the Oenology Center and the stages of modernization.
- Acquaintance with the technological processes of creating wine and the modern infrastructure of the Center.
- Sommelier masterclass with snacks at the Chateau Tamagne gastro bar.
3. The center of classic winemaking (Starotitarovskaya station)
- An excursion into the history of the winery in 1956.
- Acquaintance with the processes of creating and bottling still and sparkling wines: from basic to collection.
- Visit to the historic underground gallery and aging hall, reconstructed in 2020, where there are 1,074 barrels of acacia and oak of 3 species, as well as more than 1.5 million bottles of wine.
- Master class of sommelier with snacks, studying the properties of still and sparkling wines (from young to mature).
