Young wines of the 2025 harvest
The dry red and white "Molodoye" wines, as well as the sparkling brut white "Riesling," semi-dry white "Muscat," and rosé "Krasnostop" wines, are now available for sale.
The winemaking process involves hand-picking the grapes; they undergo minimal processing, and are ready for bottling and drinking within a month of harvest.
Kuban-Vino has been producing the dry red "Molodoye" wine under the Chateau Tamagne brand since 2005. It is made from the Saperavi grape, known for its vibrant character and juicy flavor, using carbonic maceration before fermentation. The white wine is made from the Rkatsiteli grape, preserving its natural carbonation, resulting in a vibrant aroma supported by a harmonious, fresh taste and a delicately effervescent finish.
Young sparkling wines—brut white Riesling, semi-dry rosé Krasnostop, and white Muscat—are created using an original technology that preserves the full range of flavors and aromas of fresh grapes. The distinctive characteristics of each variety are carefully preserved during the champagne process and enhanced by their effervescent properties.
The production runs of sparkling Riesling, Muscat, and Krasnostop are 35,515, 17,386, and 34,515 bottles, respectively; red Saperavi, 82,006; and white Rkatsiteli, 93,294. All wines will be fully bottled in time for the Festival of Young Wines, traditionally celebrated on the third Thursday of November.
