The Chateau Tamagne Oenology Center has completed a series of practical classes for students

All educational materials are systematized within the framework of the current ISO system and the policy for consolidation of corporate Know-How. This includes translations of the most current winemaking literature and training manuals for advanced training.

A total of 6 practice-oriented classes were held:

Grape berry structure
Biochemical processes of grape berry ripening
Technological, phenolic and aromatic maturity of grapes
General issues of fermentation
White wine production
Red wine production.

The main goals are to prepare students for work in a modern winery, improve professional competencies and identify promising candidates for possible employment.

At the same time, the company maintains a system of advanced training for young specialists. Kuban-Vino also accumulates knowledge about advanced technologies, biotechnology and management in viticulture and winemaking, collaborating with world winemaking centers.

"In modern winemaking, every 2-3 years there is a new technological revolution in one of the development areas. We try to keep up, although on our scale it is not easy. But the most important thing is not to lose the knowledge and competencies already acquired, and in this we are helped by the consolidation of our Know-How within the framework of the management systems operating at the enterprise," said Vladimir Emilevich.

The company participates in international exhibitions, developing promising areas, which strengthens competitiveness in the Russian and international markets.
