Chateau Tamagne brand has expanded its Signature line collection
To achieve the required grape maturity, a site with sandy soils was selected, where ripening was controlled by winemakers. A specialized care scheme and careful protection from pests were used. Unique oenological materials were selected for the creation of wine. Aging took place in contact with alternative oak for 9 months at a temperature of 14-16 degrees, then the wine developed and matured in steel, enriched with tannins, which gave the aroma nobility, and the taste - fullness and a long aftertaste.
"Here, every detail has its own unique style: starting from the site where the grapes for the future wine were grown, specially developed agrotechnical measures for the care of vineyards and ending with a set of selected oenological materials for the creation of wine in combination with the aging method," said the company's chief oenologist Artem Vasiliev.
The first example of the new collection was the aged dry white Chateau Tamagne Signature Chardonnay, created from selected grapes of the 2022 harvest. Now the line is supplemented with two new varieties: Cabernet and Saperavi.
The aged dry red Chateau Tamagne Signature Saperavi was created from Georgian Saperavi grapes, harvested in 2023. The wine is distinguished by its rich color and full taste against the background of aromas of black fruits and berries, complemented by shades of leather and wood. It harmonizes perfectly with dishes of Caucasian cuisine. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 °C.
Chateau Tamagne Signature Cabernet - created from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The wine has a dark ruby color and a multifaceted bouquet, which harmoniously combines notes of black currant and prunes. It will perfectly complement meat snacks, tender veal dishes and grilled vegetables. The recommended serving temperature is also 16-18 °C.
Chateau Tamagne Signature is not just wine, it is a reflection of the efforts and skill of winegrowers and winemakers who create unique drinks for sophisticated connoisseurs.
