Kuban-Vino Winery Releases Young Wines of the 2024 Harvest
The technology of production involves manual harvesting of grapes, the wines undergo minimal processing, and a month after harvesting they are ready for bottling and direct consumption.
Dry red "Young" under the brand Chateau Tamagne "Kuban-Vino" has been producing since 2005. It is created from the "Saperavi" variety, known for its bright character and juicy taste, using carbon dioxide maceration before fermentation. White wine is made from the "Rkatsiteli" variety, preserving natural carbon dioxide, as a result of which the bright aroma is supported by a harmonious fresh taste and a light play of bubbles in the aftertaste.
Young sparkling wines brut white "Riesling" and semi-dry pink "Krasnostop" are created using an original technology that allows you to preserve the entire palette of taste and aroma of fresh grapes in the drink. The features of each variety are carefully preserved in the process of champagne and are complemented by sparkling properties.
The circulation of sparkling Riesling and Krasnostop is 16,635 and 17,335 bottles respectively, red Saperavi 15,000, white Rkatsiteli 26,000 bottles. All wines will be bottled in full for the festival of young wine, traditionally celebrated on the third Thursday of November.
