Sparkling new products in the Par la Mer line

The series has been replenished with two samples of aged sparkling wines: white and rosé brut. They are created from selected grapes grown in the vineyards of the Taman Peninsula.

The wines have a restrained but promising character with developed aromatics. The expressive style of this series is born from the terroir, but it is preserved and enhanced in each wine by the winemakers.

Sparkling brut white Par la Mer is created from grape varieties: Chardonnay, Riesling Rhine, Aligote, Pinot White from the 2022 harvest. A wine with a bright, harmonious aroma, combining a floral bouquet and mineral freshness, accompanied by elegant aging. The taste harmoniously complements the bouquet, intensifying in a long, pleasant aftertaste.

Sparkling brut rosé Chateau Tamagne Par la Mer is created from Aligote, Riesling Rhine, Pinot White, Pinot Black grape varieties from the 2022 harvest. The aroma of the wine combines berry dominance, mineral freshness, as well as notes of aging, the taste is in harmony with the bouquet.

The wines are made using the classic technology of secondary fermentation in a bottle with further aging for at least 9 months after the end of fermentation.

Par la Mer sparkling wines will be presented in the HoReCa segment and in specialized retail.
