“Angels and Demons” became part of the Chateau Tamagne brand

This decision was made in order to improve the status of the product, increase its recognition, expand the audience and reach a new level of communication with the consumer. At the same time, the familiar visual style of the product is preserved.

The Angels and Demons series of wines reflects the duality of Cabernet Sauvignon - one variety, two characters. Both red and white wine are created from it. The production of white wine from red varieties is a rather rare product that few people use. Its essence lies in the fastest possible processing of grapes in order to avoid contact with the skins of the grapes, after which the must is purified according to a preliminary scheme, controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aging with yeast with batonage and clarification after completion. The last stage is de-haze treatment, followed by bottling. Red and white wines expand the palette of familiar wine tastes and give talented winemakers room for experimentation.
