Kuban-Vino will build a housing complex for students in Taman

The complex will be located on the territory of the Chateau Tamagne Oenology Center. The completion date of construction and launch of the facility is scheduled for May 2024.

The complex will create all conditions for comfortable living of students during practical training. There will be equipped rooms and kitchens, places for recreation, landscaped areas, and sports grounds. The buildings will be able to accommodate more than a hundred people.

“Kuban-Vino” has been successfully cooperating with universities and colleges of the country for several years in the field of education, science, and in organizing and conducting practical training for students. In 2023, the company accepted about 150 students from 19 educational institutions in the country for internships. For five months, under the guidance of experienced mentors, students performed technological operations related to preparing wine materials for bottling, conducted laboratory tests of wine, and listened to lectures from industry professionals.

The student project “Kuban-Vino” provides trainees with the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in the profession and, during the training process, gain the necessary experience directly in production. If the trainee shows good results, he automatically enters the company’s personnel reserve, and after graduation he is hired.
