The wine material is obtained without pressing the grapes - the so-called "gravity flow", which indicates its maximum saturation and naturalness.
Sparkling wine with ZNMP "Southern Coast of Taman" aged extra brut rose "Chateau Taman Reserve" is made from grape varieties: Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Saperavi, harvested in the own vineyards of the Taman Peninsula of the Krasnodar Territory. Prepared according to the classical technology of secondary fermentation in a bottle with an exposure of at least 9 months after the end of fermentation. The color is pink, of varying intensity: from pearl pink to pink. The bouquet is bright, harmonious, combining berry dominant and mineral freshness. The taste is rich and refined, with a long developing aftertaste and pleasant astringency.
