CHATEAU TAMAGNE SPARKLING
The Chateau Tamagne sparkling wine series is a light, easy-to-drink collection developed by Russian winemakers at the Chateau Tamagne Oenology Center in partnership with experts from the Champagne Oenology Institute (France) in 2006. The wines are produced using the Charmat method: the fermentation process is carried out in large tanks (acratophores), which allows for the production of large batches of elegant sparkling wines for a wide range of consumers.
For the production of sparkling wine with the ZGU "Kuban. Taman Peninsula" brut white "Chateau Tamagne", grapes of the following varieties are used: Bianca, Crystal, Pervenets Magarach, Pinot White, Citronny Magarach, Chardonnay, Müller-Thurgau, Rhine Riesling, Aligote, Pinot Black, Riton, Tsvetochny, grown and harvested in the sunny vineyards of the Yuzhnaya agrofirm, located at the same latitude as Bordeaux in France. The color in the glass is light straw with shades from greenish to golden. The aroma is developed, subtle, with well-defined floral tones. Delicate and refined taste, beautiful and long perlage will decorate any celebration and create a festive mood. The recommended serving temperature of sparkling wine is 8-10 °C.
