Russian aged wines “Chateau Taman Reserve” belong to the premium line of the “Chateau Taman” brand. They are made from selected grapes of various international varieties. During aging in oak barrels, the wine is saturated with oxygen through the pores of the wood. Interacting with the barrel, the drink is enriched with tannins - tannins, which give the aroma a nobility and the taste a soft astringency. It is this stage that helps the wine acquire those excellent organoleptic properties for which aged wines are so valued.
Aged dry white Premier Blanc. Chateau Taman Reserve" is a union of two grape varieties: Chardonnay and Rhenish Riesling. Chardonnay is the most popular wine among whites around the world. The best representatives of this variety are traditionally matured in barrels. To describe the character of Riesling, two words can be used as a basis: freshness and sweetness. Under the control of the Kuban-Vino winemaking team, this tandem was brought to perfection.
The wine is produced using classic technology for white wines. Aged for 12 months in barrels made of Caucasian, French and American oak. The color of the wine is from light straw to straw with a greenish tint. The aroma contains a harmonious combination of meadow herbs and ripe fruits, complemented by light woody notes. The taste is pleasantly fresh, full with a long developing aftertaste. Aged dry “Premier Blanc.
