CHATEAU TAMAGNE ORANGE
Chateau Tamagne. Orange is a truly sunny spectrum of emotions in a glass. The aroma intertwines warm notes of honey, citrus freshness, and spicy depth, while the taste delights with a rich texture and bright, juicy tannins. Its color plays with iridescent colors, from golden straw to radiant amber. This wine is distinguished by its versatility and pairs harmoniously with a wide variety of dishes, particularly effectively enhancing the flavors of light appetizers, poultry, and seafood.
A distinctive feature of the Chateau Tamagne. Orange production technology is the fermentation of the white Citronny Magarach grape using the "red scheme," which means subsequent long post-fermentation aging in contact with the pulp. The grapes are loaded into the vinificator as whole bunches and fermented with pure yeast cultures. The pulp is irrigated to better extract the substances from the grape skins and aged for at least five months with constant monitoring, after which it is pressed.
This wine is made exclusively for the Red and White Winery.
