Harmonious wine from the ZNMP "South Coast of Taman" dry white "Chateau Taman Elite. Chardonnay-Riesling" is created from the eponymous grape varieties Chardonnay and Riesling using a special aging technology, which takes place in two stages. First, each varietal must is aged separately for at least 3 months on fine yeast sediment with regular batonnage in contact with alternative oak. Then a blend is carried out and the wine continues to mature for at least 9 months. The duration of the final aging is determined by the potential and the achievement of an ideal balance of taste and aroma.
