CHATEAU TAMAGNE CAGOR 32
Russian fortified (liqueur) wine with ZGU "Kuban. Taman Peninsula" dessert aged "Chateau Taman. Kagor 32" is a combination of traditions and modern technologies. The basis is the variety that came to us from Italy, but grafted and grown on the southern terroirs - Ancelotta Tamanskaya, which provides the richness of color and expressiveness of the wine's character.
The production process includes maceration with heating to 65 °C, which preserves natural antioxidants and gives the wine a rich structure. An important stage is tank aging for at least 16 months. During this period, the Cahors is under automated control, providing optimal conditions for its maturation and obtaining a high-quality result.
The deep red-ruby color of "Kagora 32" is supported by a rich aroma, where butter cream, ripe fruits and chocolate are intertwined. The taste is velvety-tart, full, with a long aftertaste. It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature of 12–16 °C in combination with desserts based on biscuit, dark chocolate, dried fruits or with baked meat dishes.
