CHATEAU TAMAGNE ENO AMBER
Amber, which means “amber”, served as the name of the new wine from the ENO series for its noble golden color in a recognizable orange style. Dry white wine “Chateau Taman ENO. Amber" is made from Rkatsiteli grapes grown in the vineyards of the Taman Peninsula.
During the process of maceration and fermentation of berries, the skin and pulp affect the intensity of color and richness of taste, due to which they can have a more or less pronounced character. The bouquet is subtle with hints of wild grasses and meadow flowers with ripe yellow fruits, emphasized by light minerality. The wine has moderate acidity, slightly tart in taste, with hints of honey dried fruits. As a gastronomic combination, you can choose light snacks, poultry and seafood.
The wine is made exclusively for the METRO vehicle.
