Aged dry red “Krasnostop Zolotovsky. Chateau Taman Reserve" is the result of long-term work by a team of Yuzhnaya agronomists and Kuban-Vino winemakers. Over the past 10 years, this variety has become extremely popular among specialists. Krasnostop Zolotovsky is rightfully considered the main autochthonous variety of Russia and is rated by a number of experts as the best wine variety in the country.
“Krasnostop Zolotovsky. Chateau Taman Reserve" is produced from selected grapes using classic technology for red wines, followed by aging in an oak barrel for at least 12 months at a temperature of 14-16 ºC. The color in the glass is dark ruby with a garnet hue. The bouquet is complex, revealing a harmonious combination of fruit and berry shades. The taste is full, fresh, long-lasting, filled with tones of black currant and prunes. “Krasnostop Zolotovsky. Chateau Taman Reserve" is ideal with grilled vegetables, duck with apples, potato casserole with ham and cheese.
