CHATEAU TAMAGNE RIESLING
For the production of collection dry white wine “Riesling. Chateau Taman Reserve" 2016 uses selected grapes grown and harvested on a plot of vines aged 9-12 years. According to the technology developed by the Kuban-Vino winemaking team, 72% of the assemblage is sent to stainless steel containers, and 28% is aged in oak barrels after undergoing primary fermentation. This is followed by additional aging in the bottle for at least three years to fully develop the organoleptics.
The color in the glass ranges from light straw with a greenish tint to straw. The developed aroma is dominated by a fruity core with a mineral tint, balanced by noble oak, which characterizes the tones of aging. The taste is in harmony with the bouquet, highlighting tones of lime, apples and vanilla notes. Riesling will show its best qualities when paired with fish dishes with sauces, seafood, and crustaceans.
