Chateau Tamagne Merlot
Collection aged wines are the pinnacle of the Chateau Tamagne brand. The peculiarity of the collection is the additional maturation of wines in bottles for at least three years under controlled room parameters, due to which each sample acquires the most complex structure, developing aromatic characteristics and reaching the peak of taste.
Collection dry red “Merlot. Chateau Taman Reserve" from the 2016 harvest is made from grapes of the same name. The average age of the vineyards is 14 years. During the creation process, the wine is aged in steel on fine yeast lees, and after bottling it is further matured in a special wine cellar to acquire the best organoleptic properties.
The color in the glass attracts attention with a dark red hue with rich ruby tints. The aroma clearly intertwines berry notes of cherry and dogwood, combined with creamy tones, emphasized by nuances of oak. To bring out the best qualities of collectible Merlot, we recommend serving it at a temperature of 14-16 ° C, after aerating it.
