Chateau Taman. Angels and Demons. Cabernet
The title of the series “Angels and Demons” is symbolic; it emphasizes and reflects the essence of the idea - like the art of expressing two opposing characters of one grape variety. To make the wine pairing, the Cabernet Sauvignon variety was used, the potential of which was demonstrated in two samples: a classic red and a rare white. The creation of white wine from red grapes gives the series something special and serves as a unique experience for both the winery and the Russian industry as a whole.
Russian red wine “Chateau Taman. Angels and Demons. Cabernet is made using the classic red wine production technology, which involves fermentation in contact with grape skins and subsequent aging in contact with oak for at least 3 months. The wine has a rich character with ruby hues in color and a harmonious aroma corresponding to the variety, in which tones of prunes are combined with light notes of tobacco and oak. The taste follows the aroma in a balanced manner and repeats it in many ways. Red wine “Angels and Demons” will work well in tandem with game dishes, various cheeses, pilaf, pizza and lasagna.
