CHATEAU TAMAGNE CABERNET
Collection aged wines are the pinnacle of the Chateau Tamagne brand. They embody the many years of experience, skill and talent of the winemakers of Kuban-Vino. The peculiarity of the collection is the additional maturation of wines in bottles for at least three years under controlled room conditions, due to which each sample acquires the most complex structure, developing aromatic characteristics and reaching the pinnacle of taste.
Collection dry red "Cabernet. Chateau Tamagne Reserve" of the 2018 harvest is made from the grape variety of the same name, the vines of which have reached 12 years of age. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months: 27% of the volume of the wine material is in barrels made of French oak, 73% - from American oak. Aging in the bottle after bottling was at least 36 months. The wine is released in a limited edition of 124 bottles.
Dry red wine "Cabernet. Chateau Tamagne Reserve 2018 captivates with a deep garnet hue with tints from red-ruby to ruby. The aroma captivates with a complex combination of dried prune, morocco, oak and chocolate notes in a soft frame of baked milk tones. The "body" of the wine captivates with prune notes, emphasized by round sweet tannins and harmonious astringency, leaving a long aftertaste. We recommend serving medium-rare steak, pork shashlik, and stuffed piglet with the collection "Cabernet. Chateau Tamagne Reserve".
