SPARKLING CHATEAU TAMAGNE SELECT
Chateau Tamagne Select sparkling wines reflect the vibrancy, vibrancy, and authenticity of the terroirs of the Taman Peninsula in the Krasnodar Territory. Their production technology combines the traditions of French winemaking with modern Russian winemaking techniques. The wines are produced using the Charmat method of reservoir champagnization (the Charmat method) with the use of the latest acratophores, allowing for large batches with stable flavor and aroma characteristics.
The semi-sweet white "Chateau Tamagne Select Blanc" sparkling wine, bearing the Kuban. Taman Peninsula State Heritage Site, is made from a blend of selected grape varieties: Aligote, Bianca, Gruner Taman, Crystal, Muscat Ottonel, Müller-Thurgau, Pervenets Magarach, Pinot White, Platovsky, Riton, Sauvignon White, Traminer Pink, Citron Magarach, Chardonnay, and Solaris Taman. The wine reveals a light straw color with greenish to golden hues. The aroma captivates with light yet vibrant notes, expressively resonating with sunny tones, creating a festive, fresh mood. The taste is soft and harmonious, with a finely balanced acidity and a pleasant, refreshing finish.
